You’ll be part of a client services team that supports, maintains, and designs both desktop and
internet software that quotes hundreds of life insurance products.
The skilled candidate will be responsible for providing quality and efficient service to clients
by utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of products, standards and processes. Maintains
existing client relationships with regular contact and works with supervisor to implement new
products and features within assigned clients. Provides support through internal departments and
help assist in project and release testing.
Preferred Requirements Include:
- BS in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least two years experience in technical customer service
- Working knowledge of Windows environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Great attention to detail
- High work ethic (dependable and reliable)
Developer - Insurance Software (posted 1/19/06)
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining applications software
for the life insurance industry. Also responsible for participating in industry-specific
standards groups and technology committees to protect or promote EbixExchange’s interest.
Requirements include:

At least four years experience developing software in Windows environment with “C++” code
language.

Insurance development experience. Preferably in life industry.

Experience with XMLife and Acord standards a plus.

Must have a good knowledge of how the life industry operates. Wholesalers,
distributors etc.

BS in computer science or information systems, technical certification, or
equivalent experience.

Ability to communicate effectively and interface well with internal clients.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
